<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants with strong backgrounds in mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative field for our Academy of Math and Programming (AMP) in New York City.</p> <p>This is a temporary, six-week summer role, including one week of training before the five-week student program. AMP is a residential program serving recent high school graduates of diverse backgrounds who have experienced barriers to access and opportunity within advanced STEM education.</p> <p>Students study mathematics, computer programming, data analysis, and game theory through challenging and interactive classes, problem-solving sessions, and games.
