Dean of Students, Academy of Math and Programming (AMP)

<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for an experienced school leader to serve as Dean of Students for our Academy of Math and Programming (AMP) in New York City.</p> <p>AMP is a residential program for recent high school graduates of diverse backgrounds who have experienced barriers to access and opportunity within advanced STEM education. </p> <p>Students spend five weeks studying mathematics, computer programming, data analysis, and game theory while building a close academic and residential community.</p> <p>As Dean of Students, you will support the program's academic culture and help students meet our clear expectations for attendance, participation, classroom behavior, and academic integrity. To do this successfully, you’ll have to partner closely with instructors and teaching assistants, the program director, guidance counselors, and residential director to make sure students receive consistent support.&
