<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for an experienced residential life professional to serve as Residential Director for our Academy of Math and Programming (AMP) in New York City.</p> <p>AMP is a residential program for recent high school graduates of diverse backgrounds who have experienced barriers to access and opportunity within advanced STEM education. </p> <p>Students spend five weeks studying mathematics, computer programming, data analysis, and game theory while building a close academic and residential community.</p> <p>As Residential Director, you will live on site with students for the duration of the program and serve as a consistent adult presence outside the academic day.
