Senior Recruiter - GTM

<p>Our Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships teams are often the first people a founder or business owner talks to at Mercury, and the people who help them as their company grows. Who we hire onto those teams shapes how customers experience Mercury.</p> <p>We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to help build and scale those teams. You'll own full-cycle searches across our go-to-market organization, from high-volume roles like Sales Development Representatives to specialized roles in Customer Success and Partnerships. You'll partner closely with GTM leaders and hiring managers, run searches end to end, and help improve how our recruiting team operates as we grow.</p> <p>This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning their work.
