Sales Recruiter

<p>Our Sales team is often the first group a founder or business owner talks to at Mercury, and the people who help them as their company grows. Who we hire onto that team shapes how customers experience Mercury.</p> <p>We're looking for a Sales Recruiter to help build and scale that team. You'll own full-cycle searches across our sales organization, from high-volume roles like Sales Development Representatives to Account Executives and post-sales roles like Relationship Managers and Account Development. You'll work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters, run searches end to end, and help improve how our recruiting team operates as we grow.</p> <p>This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning their work.
