Associate Collections Specialist

<h4><strong>About the Job:</strong></h4> <p>As the Associate Collections Specialist, you will ensure that invoices are accepted by the customers, invoice disputes are resolved in a timely manner, payments are received on time, and be responsible for cash applications and reconciliations. You will have excellent attention to detail, solve problems, and be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.</p> <h4>Responsibilities:</h4> <h3>Collections</h3> <ul> <li>Manage an assigned book of customer accounts, monitoring aging reports and proactively following up on past-due invoices via phone and email.</li> <li>Prioritize and manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines independently, escalating high-risk or complex accounts as needed.</li> <li>Build and maintain a track record of improving collections performance, including reducing days sales outstanding (DSO) and aged receivables.</l
