Marketing Operations Manager

<p>We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing Tech & Automation Team. This is an individual contributor role focused on designing and building the automation, orchestration, integration, and AI-driven workflows across MongoDB’s marketing technology ecosystem. </p> <p>The ideal candidate will blend technical fluency with marketing automation expertise by connecting data, tools, and workflows to help marketers move faster, smarter, and with greater precision.
