Product Operations Manager

You will serve as an essential bridge between customer-facing field teams and the product and engineering teams building features used by thousands of customers. </p> <p>In this role, you will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Field teams. By analyzing contact drivers, product telemetry, and operational friction points, you will build actionable customer narratives that highlight our high-impact opportunities.</p> <p>This is a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role that requires strong communication, efficient prioritization and organization,. and deep expertise in stakeholder management.  of stakeholder management.
