Partner Enablement Operations Manager

<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">FEQ327R583</p> <p>The Partner Enablement Operations Manager is a senior operator and builder responsible for designing and running a scalable, predictable, and data-driven operating model for partner enablement at Databricks.</p> <p>This role serves as the operational backbone and strategic integrator for partner enablement, connecting global strategy to the  execution across AMER, EMEA, and APJ regions while ensuring programs are delivered consistently, efficiently, and at scale.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, systems thinking, and a bias for automation. They know how to reduce operational friction, build governance that scales, and introduce AI-enabled workflows that improve responsiveness without adding unnecessary complexity or headcount.</p> <p>We are looking for a builder who can architect operating systems and drive scalability and excellence for the f
