Sales Operations Analyst

<p>The Sales Ops Analyst plays a critical role in supporting MongoDB’s global Sales organization through operational excellence, data governance, project ownership, and process optimization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end operational workflows, driving cross-functional initiatives, providing actionable business insights, and resolving complex operational issues that impact sales productivity.</p> <p>Unlike entry-level operational support roles, Sales Ops Analysts are expected to independently manage medium-scale projects, perform root cause analysis, influence stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvements across sales processes, systems, and data management practices.</p> <p>MongoDB’s Sales Operations team partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams to ensure operational scalability and data-driven decision-making.</p> <p>We are looking to speak to candidat
