Job Description
Xero is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing ML & AI engineering team, building production-grade ML infrastructure and advancing MLOps maturity. You will balance delivery with system health and champion AI-native workflows across the software lifecycle. You will work closely with senior engineers to shape architecture and focus on team growth, delivery rigour and scalable AI at Xero’s scale. This role supports flexible, hybrid work arrangements.
