Procurement Technology Lead

Position Summary We are seeking a GPS Procurement Technology Lead to help modernize and elevate our procurement function through stronger operating discipline, deeper regulatory rigor, and adoption of next-generation tools, technologies, and ways of working. This role is aligned to the Systems Governance and Architecture team within the Procurement Strategy and Business Intelligence (PSBI) organization. The role will lead complex government procurement activities while acting as a change agent across process improvement, digital enablement, stakeholder collaboration, and team capability building. The ideal candidate brings strong government (federal and state/local) procurement expertise, sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, and a track record of championing technology and mindset shifts that improve efficiency, compliance, visibility, and business outcomes.
