Accountant, Lease & Fleet

This role will support various aspects of ASC 842 lease accounting, primarily related to real estate, including new expansion and AV initiatives within Controllership. The role reports to the Sr. Accounting Manager, Lease & Fleet, and partners cross-functionally with Finance, Lease Administration, Real Estate and other Lyft teams throughout the organization.</p> <p>An ideal candidate in this role will be someone who is a quick learner, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects.</p> <h2>Responsibilities:</h2> <ul> <li>Prepare and analyze new leases, modifications and terminations using the ASC 842 checklis
