Data Operations is moving from manual, intervention-led work to an automated, controlled and workflow-driven operating model. This role leads the onshore part of that change. The role starts by clearing the current reference data backlog: trade mappings, ETRM reference data and expiry dates. It uses that work to find root causes, control gaps and opportunities to automate, and turns them into Data Operations requirements for workflows, master data management (MDM) and the central data platform.…
