Identity Consultant

Headquarters: Austria (remote); UK (remote) Role Purpose:  The Identity Consultant serves as a customer-facing Fraud and Identity subject matter expert across the entire customer lifecycle, operating as a forward-deployed consultant across pre-sales, onboarding, and ongoing expansion. In this role, you will partner directly with enterprise customers to design optimal product implementation strategies, evaluate risk profiles, and align Jumio’s technical solutions with customer’s unique business objectives. The Identity Consultant owns the critical onboarding mission for new deployments. Acting as a strategic advisor, you are directly responsible for driving efficient customer onboarding and rollout, and overcoming regulatory, legal, or operational hurdles to accelerate time-to-live and maximize time-to-value while ensuring solution adoption and long-term trust.
