Senior Manager, Creative Director

<p>The Senior Manager, Creative Director leads the team behind MongoDB's visual brand. Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing, this leader owns the creative vision, brand systems, and execution standards that turn brand strategy into consistent, high-impact work across campaigns, events, and digital experiences, and leads the designers who deliver it.</p> <p>This role is for a creative leader who is still close to the craft and ready to build how a brand design team operates: how concepts get made, how the brand is stewarded and enabled across the company, and how AI is applied to build and accelerate design systems and creative work.
