You’ll make things happen fast.  Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Tax, the Director, Corporate Tax will oversee the Company’s global tax provision (ASC740), tax accounting policies, tax receivable agreement and U.S. federal tax matters. This role will manage two direct reports.
