Job Summary The Senior Merchandiser owns ecommerce merchandising strategy for L’AGENCE, from seasonal launch planning to the daily onsite product experience. The role combines the work of a merchandise manager (launches, inventory-driven marketing, campaign alignment) with that of a merchandiser (catalog quality, navigation, search, and product presentation) to drive sales, sell-through, and conversion.
