Engineering Manager, Lyft Business

Our customers include individual riders and the companies that offer Lyft as an employee benefit, so the work spans consumer and B2B products. Since launching Lyft Business Rewards in 2025, we’ve seen strong traction with business travelers. Next, we want to make Lyft the most rewarding and reliable way to travel for work.</p> <p>The team includes back-end, web, iOS, and Android engineers and works closely with product management, design, and data science. Our work touches the core rider experience, so we partner closely with many teams across Lyft.</p> <p>In this role you’ll lead the team and its roadmap. You’ll own p
