Travel Specialist

<h3>About the position</h3> <p>We are looking to hire an experienced Travel Specialist to support our New York team with vendor management and day-to-day travel operations to and from our global offices. </p> <p>You will oversee the booking process for our New York-based employees to ensure they follow travel guidelines, and collaborate with teams across the firm to provide a smooth and efficient experience. You will also work closely with our travel management company and troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise.</p> <p>Beyond managing logistics, you will help maintain travel resource documents and webpages, develop standard operating procedures, manage expenses, and analyze our travel spend. </p> <p>This role is an exciting opportunity to champion the culture of Jane Street.
