<p>P-301</p> <p>As a Candidate Experience Admin at Databricks, you'll be the engine that powers our in person recruiting efforts, focusing on physical logistics and execution to deliver a smooth, error-free onsite candidate experience. As one of the primary points of contact for candidates visiting our offices, you'll partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional, high-touch interviewing experience.</p> <p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>In person in Seattle/Bellevue offices, 5 days a week</li> <li>Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey</li> <li>Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders</li> <
