Senior Manager - Process Quality

Job Summary The Head - Testing will lead the testing and validation function for electrical switchgear products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and quality expectations. The role requires strong technical expertise in electrical systems, relay programming, electrical schematics, troubleshooting, and team leadership. The incumbent will drive product reliability, support new product development, and ensure continuous improvement in testing processes and laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead all testing and validation activities for LV/MV electrical switchgear products. Review and approve testing procedures, test plans, and test reports. Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, and customer-specific standards. Interpret and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings. Support product development teams through design validation and type testing. Provide technical guidance on relay settings, relay programmin
