Headquarters: Remote - US This role owns how Lattice turns its partner and integration ecosystem into a GTM advantage. It goes beyond traditional HR partnerships: the goal is to build relationships and joint go-to-market motions with the broader AI and work-tech ecosystem, including future-of-work platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Slack, and other tools Lattice integrates with, so Lattice reaches managers and functional leaders, not just HR buyers. What You Will Do Own the partner-facing GTM strategy and packaging for Lattice’s ecosystem partnerships and integrations. Partner closely with Product and Integrations teams on what Lattice builds, while owning how partner-enabled capabilities are positioned and brought to market. Develop joint launches, campaigns, events, content, customer stories, and executive programs with strategic partners.
