Purpose & Scope: A Nurse Practitioner (NP) employed by VHC Health Physicians (“Physician Group”) is required to complete a NP Agreement with their Collaborating Physician(s). This NP Agreement will describe the NP’s role and function, NP/Physician Relationship, Functions of the NP, Privileges/Procedures, Prescriptive Authority, Documentation Responsibilities and Evaluation process.
