Employer Brand Analyst

<p>MongoDB’s Employer Brand team owns how MongoDB is viewed as an employer and helps attract the talent needed to support our growth. We turn MongoDB’s strategy, EVP and employee experience into clear, credible stories and experiences across the candidate journey.</p> <p>As an Employer Brand Analyst, you will support the delivery of our India Employer Brand strategy during a period of significant hiring growth. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on content creation, particularly video, and strong project execution. You will create, film and edit content, coordinate across teams and help prioritise activity against the most important hiring needs.</p> <p>This position is a 12 month fixed term contract. You do not need an Employer Brand background, but strong content creation skills are essential. </p> <p>We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.</p> <h3>
