Talent Development, Infrastructure and Operations Specialist

<h3>About the position</h3> <p>We're looking for someone to help design the infrastructure and run operations for Jane Street's Talent Development team. </p> <p>You will partner with a team of Talent Development Specialists who design and run a variety of internal programs, from internships to early career education to development for more experienced leaders across the firm.
