Senior Software Engineer, Community Safety

As an Backend Engineer working on Trust & Safety, you'll work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and policy to ship high-impact safety features to millions of users.</p> <h2>Responsibilities:</h2> <ul> <li>Help define the roadmap and architecture based on technology and business needs</li> <li>Unblock, support, effectively communicate, and obtain buy-in across teams to achieve results</li> <li>Lead projects of multiple people from idea to positiv
