Senior Group Manager, Experience Design

As Senior Group Manager of Experience Design on Datadog's Web Experience team, you will lead and grow the Experience Design group while remaining hands-on with the web experiences that matter most to our customers and business. You will manage two designers today and help shape how the team scales over time. You will set a high bar for craft and execution across research, journey mapping, interaction design, prototyping, implementation, and post-launch quality. You will also evolve AI-assisted and code-connected design workflows, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Web Engineering, and Web Content Engineering to move from ideas to shipped experiences.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.<
