AI is a core part of how we work. We’re looking for someone who already uses AI agents, automation, integrations, and structured workflows to get real marketing work done – and can show us what they’ve achieved with them. This is also a technical role. We’ve built our own analytics, newsletter, and marketing automation systems, so you should be comfortable working with technical tools, setting up a local development environment, and using tools like Claude to help you navigate technical tasks. You won’t be joining an established marketing team or following a fixed playbook.
