You’ll own the technical relationship with our API partners, from their first technical evaluation through implementation and ongoing support. Reporting directly to the CRO, you’ll be the first dedicated post-sales professional at Shout About Us, responsible for making sure our biggest customers deploy, expand, and stay. Our ICP is founders, product teams, and engineering teams.  This is a hands-on role. On any given day, you might join a prospect’s technical discovery call, troubleshoot an API request with a partner engineer, coordinate a fix with our engineering team, or improve a quickstart guide.
