Customer Success Manager, Services (US)

THE MISSION Our mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 50,000 users make money on Whop every month, and this year users will earn over $5B. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop. WHO WE'RE HIRING You own customer outcomes for services sellers — onboarding, adoption, health, and making sure they actually make money on Whop. You are not a ticket queue and you are not pure quota theater. This is not a pure AE / President's Club bar. We hire outcomes and adoption specialists: • Operator fluent in services / 3PL / industrial / field-service motion who has lived the customer pain, OR - Top CSM / founding CS who owned onboarding + health with a fixer + relationship mindset, OR - Technical-enough CSM: you understand APIs and integrations well enough to recommend solutions and unblock without needing to be the FDE who ships If you hide behind tickets, this isn't your role.
