Business Development Manager

This is an outbound-heavy role. A large part of the job involves researching contacts, sending high-quality emails, following up consistently, tracking conversations in HubSpot, and working toward clear outreach and response goals. This is not a passive data-entry role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, managing a large pipeline of contacts, and staying disciplined with follow-ups even when people don’t respond right away.
