Position Summary Our Pediatric Medical/Surgical Float pool offers a unique opportunity to expand your pediatric knowledge, caring for patients across all inpatient units. Each shift brings variety and opportunities to work with new colleagues, and to further develop and learn new skills. Orientation is approximately 12 weeks with both Float Pool and Unit-Based preceptors.
