As Databricks continues to scale, protecting our usage-based revenue engine requires dedicated oversight at the intersection of product metering, billing systems, and strategic partner relationships. In this role, you will lead the core execution of usage remediation, partner reporting workstreams, and root cause analysis—bridging the gap between raw product metering data and financial ground truth.</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Remediation & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)</strong>: Execute the categorization and resolution of various SLA and usage issues impacting customers and financial accuracy, lead mandatory cross-functional RCAs with Engineering to address finance-impacting issues, ensuring policy and execu
