Registered Nurse- Adult Medical Transitional (FT, 12 hr day shift)

Description The Adult Medical Transitional unit (30 beds) provides care to a diverse adult patient population with an emphasis on acute and chronic medicine patients. These patients require more frequent interventions (every two hours) and more nuanced nursing assessments.
