<p>As the Lead, Early Talent Recruiting Coordination, you will lead a high-performing team that delivers global internship and new graduate hiring. You will own the coordination operating model from intake through offer-stage support, develop the team, strengthen the systems and partnerships that enable growth, and improve the experience for candidates and stakeholders.</p> <p>This role is ideal for an operationally minded leader who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and creating simple, effective systems in a fast-paced, global environment.
