Associate Counsel, Employment

The ideal candidate will leverage their prior law firm and/or in-house experience to provide thoughtful, timely, practical and business-minded legal advice primarily to the professionals on Lyft’s Employee Relations and People teams across the globe. You must have experience litigating and/or counseling on compliance with federal and state anti-discrimination/harassment/retaliation laws, preferably including analysis of issues under California law.
