Registered Nurse

Encompass Health seeks Registered Nurses to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation care in an inpatient post-acute setting. RNs perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians to help patients recover from major illness or injury.
