Property Accountant III (Full-Time – 35 Hours/Week) Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM As a Property Accountant III, you will take ownership of all aspects of general ledger analysis and play a foundational role in budget preparation. You will ensure the financial integrity of our housing portfolio by performing high-level variance analysis, managing month-end accruals, and collaborating closely with the Housing Finance Manager to oversee critical fund transfers.
