Job Description
Monarch Quantum seeks a Director of Photonics Systems Engineering to shape our system architecture from concept to production. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of photonics engineers, define requirements, and drive architecture decisions across laser, optics, electronics, firmware, and software interfaces.
