POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides patient care as assigned by the registered nurse. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing is required. Four years or more experience in healthcare delivery as an LVN is required. LICENSURE Current LVN licensure in the State of Texas is required.
