Senior Executive Recruiter

<h3>The Role</h3> <p>MongoDB is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to lead the search and selection of senior leadership talent across the organization. This role partners directly with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders to build the leadership teams that will drive MongoDB's next phase of growth.
