<p>The Recruiting team is responsible for growing our teams at Datadog with great people across multiple technical and business areas. Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers, and marketers with strong relationships across the leadership team. As part of our Global Emerging Talent Team, you'll help build the pipeline that fuels Datadog's future, owning the full candidate journey for our interns, new grads, and early career hires across EMEA.</p> <p>We're evolving how we do Emerging Talent recruiting. In 2026 and beyond, this isn't just about filling a calendar of campus events. It's about building a predictable, high-quality pipeline, delivering a candidate experience people talk about, driving representation at the entry level, using data to make sharper decisions, and taking smart risks to keep improving how we do all of it.
