Regional Employee Experience Manager

<h3>Overview</h3> <p>MongoDB is hiring a Manager, Employee Experience Japan (individual contributor) to join our APAC Employee Experience organization. The role will report to the Head of HR, APAC and will be responsible for scaling business processes while supporting employees and managers to optimize the experience of working for MongoDB. You will be the face of the People Team to MongoDB employees and managers serving as the main point of contact for escalated inquiries and concerns, performance management, employee well-being, and regional compliance. This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills, capable of leading and guiding the HR team in maintaining a compliant and ethical workplace.
