JOB DESCRIPTION Essential Functions: Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss within the District, including weekly Accounts Receivable follow up. Hire, train, develop, motivate, and shape image of Territory Managers. Conduct quarterly TM plan and review sessions. Spends four days per week in the field with TM's calling on Stonhard customers.
