You will spend most of your time solving problems with code, but you’ll also be expected to think strategically about the product, understand customer needs, and contribute to the bigger goals of the business. All members of the team are encouraged to think about the strategic direction of the product, present their own ideas, and push back on others’ ideas in a respectful way.
