Program Coordinator, Early Talent

<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Program Coordinator to help facilitate a seamless and inspiring interview experience for our candidates. You will report directly to the Early Talent Lead Program Manager and work collaboratively with our Recruiters to guarantee a smooth and captivating candidate journey. </p> <p>This is a hybrid role based out of ATX.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li> Interview Coordination:</li> <ul> <li>Maintain job postings on career websites and within our recruitment system, Greenhouse.</li> <li>Partner with Recruiters to organize high-volume phone and video interviews for our Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with interviewers to create a positive and welcoming candidate experience during interview sessions.</li> <li>Gather and synthesize valuable feedback from interviewers
