Director, Strategic Events

<p>The Director of Global Strategic Events is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, governance, and execution of MongoDB’s global strategic events portfolio. This is a builder’s role at a pivotal moment, requiring a leader who can define a bold vision for how MongoDB shows up in an AI-native and agentic future, lead a global team to bring that vision to life, and drive measurable pipeline, revenue, and brand impact.
