<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are hiring a newly created Tax Structuring and Advisory role in our Hong Kong or Singapore office with a focus (though not exclusively) on APAC-region tax issues . You will help us manage tax and related structural aspects of internal restructurings, including investment structures for senior individuals within the group, acquisitions, dispositions, and other complex transactions related to the broader business of Jane Street.
