Learning and Development Specialist

<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist who can help our Talent Development team design and facilitate high-quality learning experiences. Ideally, you should have a teaching or training background, a strong understanding of how people learn, and a passion for creating impact through education.</p> <p>In this role, you will create and maintain a broad set of content—including developing new objectives and assessments, and rewriting and reshaping existing content.
